Bill makes regular trips to our home site, and he is in constant communication with the contractors.  There have been many occasions when we saw something that we would like to change at the site and Bill had already addressed it with the contractors or already left a message on our cell phones explaining how he had not only fixed the problem, but improved it.  The communication has been exceptional and the one-on-one contact has far exceeded the time which most homebuilders would invest. Bill's conscientious attention to detail has provided our home with things we did not even know we needed, such as superior insulation techniques and special waterproof drywall surrounding our built-in aquarium. He is always open to new ideas, and his vision has allowed us to add many custom features to our home that are rarely included in most builders' plans.  This careful attention has also allowed the construction of our house to follow a strict timeline that suits our particular needs perfectly.
